Loading Instructions

The container must be loaded evenly with a level load. Please try to distribute the weight of your waste evenly. If the bin is not loaded correctly, the customer is responsible for unloading and properly reloading the container, and for damages caused by uneven weight distribution.

This company made things very easy for us. First of all, I submitted my request online and got a call within the half... hour, so they are very responsive. They reviewed the types of waste I wanted to put into the bin with me, and made sure I understood what to do in terms of allowed/prohibited items, weight distribution, etc. The bin was placed well behind my home in the alleyway, with the bin door opening towards my garage. Since they dropped it off early in the day, I was able to fill it up, call them, and they took it away the next morning. Straightforward, easy, responsive and a good price point.read more

I have used this company several times over the past few years and there is nothing negative to say. Every aspect of... their service is outstanding and I plan to have another bin dropped off next month. This company was just fabulous with me and my needs. Bin was dropped off on time, was to be picked up after 4 days but... I had some issues which caused a delay. I called for a bin first thing Monday morning and had it by early afternoon. The fella doing the drop off was friendly... and courteous. The following Monday, I called in the morning to have the bin picked up and it was going by the afternoon. I've used this service twice during the past year and both times were very satisfactory. Both the deliveries and the... pick ups were right on schedule. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I was way overweight on my second rental and the driver warned me that it would be very expensive but when I got the bill I was only charged an extra $24. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased. If I need to rent a dumpster again, I will absolutely use this company.read more
